I am contastly on the phone, so to have a cordless earpiece or headphone is ideal. My only hesitation with this product is the earhook staying on my ear. Also with the volume doesn't seem we hear the caller all the time very well.

Bought for my wife for Christmas. She didn't want it, but after she tried it she loves it. Now she can yack all day and still do a little work.
